Small IT Managed Service Provider Recognized Sixth Year in a Row
July 2, 2024 – Business System Solutions has been named as one of the world’s best Managed Service Providers in the prestigious 2024 Channel Futures MSP 501 rankings for the sixth year in a row. Earning the rank of #202, they have consistently moved up rankings, beating out much larger companies. The Channel Futures MSP 501 list, a technology industry benchmark, ranks companies based on their growth, profitability and innovation.
To qualify for the MSP 501, managed service providers around the world submit comprehensive applications that includes financial performance, long-term company health, commitment to recurring revenue, and operational efficiency.
The Channel Futures MSP 501 survey then uses a quantitative methodology to rank over 15,000+ applicants. MSPs that qualify for the list must also pass a rigorous review conducted by the Channel Futures research team and editors. Channel Futures ranks applicants using a unique methodology that weighs financial performance according to long-term health and viability, commitment to recurring revenue and operational efficiency.

In each of the company’s locations, only a few other Managed Service Providers have been selected for the MSP 501. “Several of our peer group companies have been selected and I know at least six other companies who have made the list. The MSP 501 represents the best in the technology services industry delivering outstanding vendor and platform neutral advice and value to small, midsized and enterprise customers. The 2024 MSP 501 list is based on confidential data collected and analyzed by the Channel Futures research and editorial teams. Data was collected online from February to May 2024. The MSP 501 list recognizes top managed service providers based on metrics including recurring revenue, profit margin and other factors.

Previously located on Leonard Street NW, their move to the new location will allow them to continue serving their West Michigan clients with white-glove IT services and support.
