GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. November 1, 2022— Grand Rapids based IT managed services company, Micro Visions, Inc., is pleased to announce that, effective November 1, 2022, its team will be joining forces with Business System Solutions (BSS) to continue providing consistent, high-quality IT support, managed services, and cybersecurity solutions for our West Michigan clients. BSS now has offices in Indiana, Tennessee, and Michigan. The West Michigan team is looking forward to leveraging the greater breadth of resources BSS will provide to better serve clients, all while retaining the personal touch and local relationships that has been so essential to the Micro Visions brand.
Micro Visions founder, Julie Lough, is looking forward to the new opportunities and advantages the acquisition will provide. “I have known Bill Ooms, the owner of BSS, for almost six years, consider him a friend, and have collaborated on several business matters with him during this time. We have a likeminded dedication to client support and have cultivated very similar business cultures. It was a natural fit,” says Lough.
